Linking Files to Properties

Every file is associated with a property:

  • When uploading from the Files hub, you select a property from a dropdown
  • When uploading from a property's detail page, the property is pre-selected
  • The property name appears as a clickable link in the file table, taking you directly to that property's detail page

Exporting File List

Click Export to download a CSV file listing all your documents. The export includes file title, description, property, upload date, and size — and respects your current filters and search.

Tips for Document Organization

  • Name files descriptively — Use clear names like "Lease_Unit3B_2026.pdf" instead of "Document1.pdf"
  • Add descriptions — A brief note helps identify files later without opening them
  • Link files to properties — This makes it easy to find all documents for a specific property
  • Use the search — Quickly find files by name, description, or property
